I had great service when I recently purchased a vehicle. Zayn was very friendly and certainly did his job very well. Mel, who dealt with financing, was super amazing to deal with! I swung by to get a refund on a deposit I had made and forgot to get back the day I picked up my car (I was clearly too excited!). I also noticed one of the key fobs battery was dead. Mel brought it to get fixed, and as I was waiting with my two young boys, pizza was delivered for the staff. One of the staff asked if my boys would like a slice and personally brought one for each of them. I found this so wonderful and really a nice touch to a great customer service experience. More

I offered a price to a OLD Mini Cooper. The 1st sales man Alex refuse and I moved on. A month later Alex reached via email completely forgetting who I was. He claims they don negotiate prices..lol then continued to insult me that I CANOT afford the prices. I am literally retired at 39 living on a lake near Perth. With a paid off Dodge Ram, and 2021 GMC Suv. This Mini was just something person I wanted. What a goof, rude and horrible customer service. More

When i called in and inquired about the truck i was interested in they got on it right away .. Before I reached out to Car-On there we're other dealerships that i contacted and they we're nowhere near interested in they got on it right away .. The staff is very friendly professional and down to earth .. This used car dealership is highly recommended !! Bar None ..... I drove 5 hours to pick up my truck !
