Not valued as a customer After having to reach out to the Service manager to have my original problems dealt with, my recent experience proved that I was never valued as a cus After having to reach out to the Service manager to have my original problems dealt with, my recent experience proved that I was never valued as a customer. I give credit to the service manager Lino who I had corresponded with for the majority of my latest experience. I do believe he wanted my issues resolved. It's unfortunate that his service department wasn't able to deliver as promised. I was treated very poorly by the service advisor from the moment I went to drop off my vehicle. I understand that customer comebacks aren't the greatest thing to deal with, but it is the perfect opportunity for the dealer to make things right and keep a customer happy. Not only was I talked to in a condescending tone, but when I brought up a few questions and concerns they were dismissed as if I was out of my mind for asking such. I was even told " 4 (four) of us can't be wrong" by the service advisor when I commented about a nail in my tire. It took me 30 sec outside to find the nail that "4 trained technicians" couldn't find. The issues from there just continued. I appreciate the effort by Lino, hopefully the service team learns something from this. More
Poor service from the service department From the start when I had made the appointment for my 2017 Envision- which I had purchased from Capital Buick, I had stated that I worked until 6pm an From the start when I had made the appointment for my 2017 Envision- which I had purchased from Capital Buick, I had stated that I worked until 6pm and I would be picking up my vehicle after work. I was told that this was not an issue. I was called during the day to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Again at that time I had confirmed that I worked until 6pm and I would need to pick up my vehicle after then. I was told it would not be an issue. I had also requested pricing and availability on a block heater for my car. Much to my surprise when I arrived at the dealership around 6:20 pm to find the Service department closed. I went to the front doors only to find them locked as well. Needless to say I was not impressed. Luckily enough I was able to get the attention of a salesman who was still in the dealership who after hearing my story let me in. He was helpful in locating the work order and after a bit of time finding someone who was able to take payment. I then went out to the lot to get my car and head on my way. After reviewing the completed work order it was noted that they had found a nail in the right rear tire and that they had removed the nail and rotated the tire to the front left. After inspecting the tire before I had left I noticed that the nail was still in the tire. I was extremely disappointed by this. As well there was no parts quote for the block heater that I had requested. I had tried to contact the service department after my appointment and was told that I would receive a call back. I am still waiting. Shortly after my appointment I received a follow up email about my service where again I had stated my issues. I never received a call back following up on my complaints. To this day over a month later I still haven't received a follow up, despite reaching out to the service manager, service foreman and the GM. More

Colin was quick and efficient and the great service was truly appreciated! Our new GMC Seirra looks fancy with the new mud flaps, running boards, and window/hood deflectors. We will definitely recommend family and friends to visit Capital GMC . More

Great Job Mel I brought my Yukon into the shop for an oil change and basic warranty, Melanie was pleasant and made time for me. So much so that i bought some great I brought my Yukon into the shop for an oil change and basic warranty, Melanie was pleasant and made time for me. So much so that i bought some great looking winter tires and when I brought in my Borla exhaust she gave me a quote over the phone for the install. It was done in no-time and the install looks great. Now my Yukon sounds as good as it looks! Down shifts are a sweet sound but put your foot into it and heads turn. I was looking for a dealership that was close by my house to have the GMC guys/girls look after it going forward and I think I have found it due to Mel. More
