Disappointed and disgusted for purchasing a GMC Denali at this dealership! I live in remote northern Canada and was expecting customer service to be top priorty when I came to this dealership in 2019. Yester this dealership! I live in remote northern Canada and was expecting customer service to be top priorty when I came to this dealership in 2019. Yesterday I wanted to order oil and air filters so that I could do the minimum of maintenance on my truck and was told by a lady (forgot her name) in the parts department that she could not help me, rather not take a credit card over the phone. She even asked her manager! In our current world of physical distancing due to Covid-19 i would've expected parts delivery to be a preference. Sure my salesman from 2019 Goldie tried to fix this after the fact but no thanks, I'll spend my money elsewhere. I will "not" recommend Capital GMC to anyone! More
I was upset to say the least to find a bill for $500 for something caused by failure of the front diff that caused the driveshaft to hit the oil filter and caused the seal to fail. Why would warranty work n something caused by failure of the front diff that caused the driveshaft to hit the oil filter and caused the seal to fail. Why would warranty work not cover this action caused by failure of the front yoke of the diff. The truck was towed by GM roadside assistance and dropped to the closest dealer which was capital GMC. I do not recommend this service centre to family or friends or to anybody else. I felt I was charged just so they could make extra off of stuff that should’ve been covered by warranty More

!!! PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BRINGING YOUR BUISNESS TO CAPITAL GMC !!! I don't even know where to start ... I brought my vehicle in on January 13th , Nathashia was the one who we dealt with BUISNESS TO CAPITAL GMC !!! I don't even know where to start ... I brought my vehicle in on January 13th , Nathashia was the one who we dealt with when we dropped off the vehicle, she has been nothing but one of the worst customer service i have ever had .. its been 15 days today that my vehicle has been in the shop , i had to call over 20 times in the last week to get updates on my vehicle, Natashia shouldn't be working in the service industry if she cannot provide the right services , so forward a bit , what they are working on is under warrenty so i asked them for a loaner , they said we dont have a loaner but if you find a vehicle to rent we will pay up to $60 a day but it had to be a GM product , well couldn't find one in Edmonton so i had to get in contact with GMC Canada, wich they told me to go ahead and rent the car and ask the rental company to write down on the receipt No gm product , so that was done , now ive had the rental for 2 weeks now , ive called natashia plenty of times , left plenty of voicemails without getting anything back , today i had enough , so i called capital gmc and spoke with a gentleman named: SVEND PETERSON total unprofessional piece of xxxx , when he answered the phone the first thing i noticed was wow , what an unprofessional manager , i asked him what was going on with my vehicle as well as who was going to pay for the rental , he told me you are ! Who do you think ? So now ive been ignored for days , ive been laughed at by the "manager" on the phone , ive been lied to by Nathashia who told me to go ahead and rent a vehicle, now i am stuck with a $2600 bill ( thats beside the warranty work ) and now a $1200 from the rental company . SVEND PETERSON SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN A PUBLIC PLACE HE IS A TOTAL PIECE OF xxxx , THEY ALL LIED , NO ONE EVEN CALLED TO SAY MY VEHICLE WAS READY! SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO YOU RESEARCH AND READ ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL TRUE !!!!! DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH CAPITAL GMC THEY ARE CROOKS ! IM NOT SURE WHY THEY ARE STILL OPERATING AS A BUISNESS BUT I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I PASS ON THIS TO EVERYONE I KNOW SO YOU DONT GET YOURSELF INTO A MESS LIKE I AM !!!!!!!!!!!!! Try and support local mechanics that would work for you and not just steal your cash like these big buisness, they have zero care about their customers they can say whatever they want i was proven by all of the people that i spoke with how unprofessional they were . The only good person i met there was 1 years ago his name was Shawn but i dont think he is there anymore . I still have $7000 worth of repair to get done BUT WILL DEFINITELY BRING ELSE WHERE CAN'T WAIT TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE AND NOT STEP FOOT AGAIN IN THAT BUILDING . And please CAPITAL GMC DO NOT COMMENT ON MY REVIEW SAYING SORRY LIKE YOU DID TO EVERYBODY ELSE , CALL ME DIRECTLY MANAGER OR OWNER YOU HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER. IVE ALREADY BEEN IN CONTACT WITH A FEW PEOPLE THAT HAVE LEFT REVIEWS LIKE MINE AND WE ARE GOING TO DO WHAT WE CAN TO MAKE THE WORD GO AROUND MORE THEN GOOGLE REVIEWS.
