Above and Beyond expection!! I don't know where to start, the customer service I received from this rep was amazing. Not only did he take the time to hear what my needs where as a I don't know where to start, the customer service I received from this rep was amazing. Not only did he take the time to hear what my needs where as a driver, but he took the time and effort to call back and check up on how things were going. I had bought vehicles from other dealers and never gotten the dedication and care that I received here. By taking time to explain detailed solutions to what I could afford, and best vehicle available for me. Its clear to see why I was recommended here by other customers as well. The effort was above expectation Marcio has seen me in the dealership a couple times and he always takes the time to see not only what I want but where my head is at. He never offers random deals on vehicles you have no interest in. He is always on point and truly cares that you get in a vehicle that you 100% want. He put in a ton of effort looking for what I wanted and keeping me up to speed on the search. Respectful and down to earth. He even looked into why my current truck (purchased elsewhere) wasn't meeting my towing needs, therefore changing what I needed to get into. Instead of just selling me what was there he made sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. I will hunt this man down where ever his is to deal with him in the futur for any vehicles I'm in the market for. More
