Early this year I was diagnosed with Cancer and to anticipate a lengthy process of testing and treatment. After numerous trips to and from GP and Edmonton I was obvious that my Yukon was going to end up with thousands of kilometers before this was over. I contact Sam and explained the situation and asked him if he could find me a low mileage Denali to attend our appointments. About a week later Sam cam back with an offer that seemed "To Good to be True" On June 14th my wife and I pick up our 2019 Yukon Denali with 12 kilometers at the Dealership!! The trade in value for our Yukon was great and Sam and his staff went way out of their way to accommodate us! Thank You Sam and Goldie for going Above the call!! More

Happy to sell, but not to serve. The most positive things I can say is that I did not feel pressured during the car shopping & I'm happy with the price I paid. The salesman did not follow through on our delivery appointment despite having 4 days to prep the car & setting a specific time. When we arrived, nothing was done-the car was not washed nor filled with gas. We were told to give him another 2 hours! No respect for my time. I did not feel that he valued me as a customer. I was also disappointed with the communication with the finance person. During the finance session, I felt that I was fast talked out of making a substantial down payment in favor of financing more. (who benefits from this, eh?) My phone calls to his office when I got home were not returned. On a final note, when we initially presented our car for trade in, the salesman did not even look at it. It felt like he didn't care that this was an important event in our life & that we valued the car we were trading in. More

Amazing Customer Service James Duke was so great. When he first greeted us on the lot he was not pushy at all. He found us the 2 vehicles we were looking to buy quickly and ea James Duke was so great. When he first greeted us on the lot he was not pushy at all. He found us the 2 vehicles we were looking to buy quickly and easily. Got us out for a good test drive not a little around the block one. He stayed with us and chatted with us our entire time there as we waited for other departments to do their parts. He did all of the running around and go between so that we mainly dealt with him. He was very down to earth and relatable and did not just leave us as soon as he knew he’d made the sale. It really made the experience that much more enjoyable. James was very professional, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills! Courtney the finance manager tied things up at the end of the visit nicely. She was upfront and honest about all and any added costs and gave us all available protection and warranty options letting us know with each how it would effect our biweekly payments. The only downfall of the visit is that we did spend a lot of time waiting on finance because it was a busy Saturday and they only had 2 finance managers on so we had to wait our turn. We were there from about 1pm until 5pm. But like I said James made the time go by fast. So all in all we are happy with our new cars and our experience! More
