Canmore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

My car(2008 Dodge Nitro) had service for checking noise from engine room. The mechanic said need to be replace the whole engine because the noise is coming from inside of engine, it cannot be replace the from engine room. The mechanic said need to be replace the whole engine because the noise is coming from inside of engine, it cannot be replace the parts off. and they gave me $9000 estimate. I couldn’t pay that much money at the time. After few months, I saved money then brought my car to other mechanic and then realized that wasn’t engine issues. The noise was coming from cooling fan, engine was totally fine. I paid Chrysler mechanic around $1000 for inspection but they don’t even find out issues they just gave me wrong information. I think they don’t even tested with exact tools. Today I spoke about that with store manager, but she said it cannot be pay back money. She said don’t know where the actual mechanic is gone and 8 months is too late. It’s actually 6 months ago, but she strongly said that. She don’t even tried to get copies of invoice which means not even tried to be solved problem and then she just kicked me out. Maybe because I am Asian guy and not fluent English speaker. I guess that’s making her arrogant. But it’s not acceptable. I hope this review will shows to area manager or her boss. More

Vehicle was in for nearly 5 months. Torque converter plus new engine on warranty. Timeline repeatedly pushed back, and when I got the vehicle back the transmission was underfilled. Windows left open in the rain, and multiple body screws missing. This is the kind of mistake that costs people money down the road and they screwed up. It's a shame that I can't even trust the shop in a town I've been local to for 30 years. Definitely will never buy a Ram again and will make sure everyone I know stays away from this garbage dump. More
