Great people, great service! My son took our truck from Minnesota to Canmore and the surrounding areas. Obviously, he had problems with it if I’m writing this. We needed to get the truck in for repairs as soon as possible. This dealership got the truck in very quickly , diagnosed the problems, sent me an email with the repair estimate. They were very fair and very thorough., two things that tells me the character of this dealership. They had the vehicle repaired quickly , and back to our son . Dead 2002 Dodge Dakota brought back to Life This summer our Dodge Dakota stopped working. My son doing a coop placement in Canmore and not knowing many people and with myself a handy auto man (h This summer our Dodge Dakota stopped working. My son doing a coop placement in Canmore and not knowing many people and with myself a handy auto man (his dad ) a province away put us in an awkward position. After taking to a local garage who diagnosed it needed a Dodge technician to review and possibly diagnosis we decided to take it it to Canmore Dodge. This was not a simple repair and after several electrical diagnosises and trying several parts inclusive of the technician consulting trying additional suggestions by with my cousin a specialized high end foreign mechanic they were able to find the route problem after a few weeks. The professionalism of the service staff especially Nolan and the designated technician makes Canmore Chrysler Jeep one of the best service centres we have ever experienced. Given the time they put into getting it running and only charged for final diagnosis shows that they care about there customers. Truly recommend Canmore Dodge to anyone in need of auto repairs. Thanks Canmore Team A’s now my son can drive back to BC with a piece of mind that his vehicle has been repaired. More
