I called for information on a premium used Jeep Grand Cherokee and talked to Graham the sales manager. I bought the vehicle over the phone without seeing it just on his word. Nevertheless, they claimed that the brake rotors needed resurfacing and charged me for a total of 6 hours labour, including the inspection. However, based on phone calls, the car was only in their shop for 3 hours, which probably included lunch. A total ripoff. No pictures, so impossible to disprove now. It seems that this kind of rotor caper is getting very popular with unethical mechanics. Alberta should have inspection centres which are not motivated to profit from repairs and I will be making a complaint about this one. Everything about this place smells SCAM. Shop elsewhere for your car. More
