My 5 stars are given to Alex not the dealership. I don’t usually ever write a review on a company but in this situation I felt as it was needed. I was dealing with someone in the used cars at Toyota and at first wasn’t getting the best experience and wasn’t too happy with this location. Me and my farther decided to come back and that is when we met Alex Baddoura. I’m so happy to say that Alex went beyond out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Amazing customer service. Alex has such a great and pure heart. Was not pushy at all and was 100% professional. When me and my father went to look at the vehicle he ran to the car to open the doors for us. Alex should defiantly be rewarded for his amazing service. Even though we were not able to close a deal due to managers not even able to meet in the middle he still did everything he could for us. Alex is the reason id come back to Toyota Cambridge in the future for another vehicle. Thanks again for everything you done Alex. Even though we were not able to make a deal you most definitely gained a customer in your books. Toyota has something’s to learn from you when it comes to customer service. Keep up the great work! He made sure I fully got the feel of the car I was looking at by going on a test drive longer then most dealerships would allow. He always tried to make accommodations if something was right. Always put me first. I felt like I was his only client because of the amount of work and effort he put trying to find me the perfect car. Although I didn’t buy a car from him as I couldn’t find the right car, he is the only sales personal I would want to deal with. I have dealt with him on two separate occasions and he has always been the first person I go see when it’s time to get me a new car. Highly reccomend him to anyone who likes to see all there options out there with no stress hassle constantly getting bugged as many salesmen do.
