Truly a peaceful and happy experience On Tuesday April 24 I went into the Toyota Dealership and was taking pictures of a 2013 Matrix for my Parents. They are retired they have a Matrix now On Tuesday April 24 I went into the Toyota Dealership and was taking pictures of a 2013 Matrix for my Parents. They are retired they have a Matrix now but it’s very old. At 11:30 I hear this very happy, welcoming voice. I look to my right and it was Alex. He had the best first impression of a Product Advisor. He had a big smile on his face and made me feel very calm. I mentioned that I was taking pictures for my Parents. I also mentioned that my 02 Camry XLE is going to not be road safe soon. He asked me what type of car I was looking for and what would be the best match. I have never had any one before who deals with selling cars like Alex. He listened to everything I had to say about which car would meet my needs. We then went into his office and looked at two different models and pricing plans. He offered me water, hot beverages, cookies, even wipes for my hands. I was really overall impressed with how professional he was and how he took the time out of his busy day. I didn’t book an appointment I just originally drove into parking lot to take a picture of the Matrix. He also let me know that when my Parents are ready that he could come to their house with the car the want to test drive. I really impressed with this as my Parents get overwhelmed when they enter any car dealership with all the questions. The option of the test car coming to my house was truly impressive. He was a very good listener, calm, made me feel comfortable, no pressure. I have anxiety issues and when I left Alex’s office I had no anxiety. I was there from 11:30 am -4pm! On Wednesday April 25.2018 I was there from 1pm -4pm! I contacted Alex to see if I couple take both of the models for a test drive. I wasn’t expecting him to respond so quickly. He said come on over I will be more than happy to help you with that. His overall personality is so positive and it really brings you up. Each day after seeing Alex I have felt so excited about the cars. Alex is a truly dedicated worker. He never made me feel rushed. I was there from 1pm-4pm. I loved when he would say your time is my time. That really made me feel appreciated as a customer and that he wasn’t just trying to make a quick sale. I will recommend Alex to anyone that I know who is looking to purchase a Toyota. He should be promoted. He always made sure that I had a drink or if I was hungry. He always went that extra mile. Alex is overall a true genuine, patient, awesome sense of humor, good listener,patient, and he was overall 10 out of 10 in review for everything he helped me with. I have Learning Disability’s and with math. I’m a visual learner it takes someone to visually explain things. Or to break them down step by step. As my disability is Auditory Processing. He made me feel not embarrassed that I couldn’t figure it all the monthly fees & warranties. I have never had someone like Alex when it comes to buying a car. He made this whole experience a fantastic one and we had lots of laughs together. He is a man of his word. I never felt rushed. I kept asking if I was taking up too much or his time and he reassured me not to worry that I had all of his attention. That I was his number one priority. If I could do a commercial for Alex and how awesome he is I would. When we did each test drive he explained everything each car had to offer and the differences. He also made me feel very relaxed driving a new car. Alex is truly a great worker and I always felt he was putting me first. Thanks for an awesome experience Alex 😄😄 More
