When I purchased my car, I had such a great customer service ex I have been dealing with Cambridge Hyundai since 2012 when I purchased my 2012 Accent. When I purchased my car, I had such a great customer service experience. Since then I have been getting my car serviced there and I am very happy with CH Service Department Team! They are so great to deal with! They are not too pushy, they know I'm on a budget and they will work with me and let me know what is important to get done on the car. I really appreciate that and will continue to go to them because I feel like I can trust them. Chris is so great to deal with, he has been the Service Advisor I have dealt with the most for the oil changes for the past few years. He is always so helpful and I really appreciate dealing with him. I have also dealt with Mike who is really great too! Tracy is so friendly and always makes me laugh, I appreciate the shuttle when my car will be a while.
