Buying my first new car was causing me a ton of stress - I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to purchase, but I'd had some pretty unpleasant experiences shopping. From my first visit, everyone that I dealt with was terrific. Jon took the time to listen to what I wanted, worked on a few different options to help find something to meet my needs and budget, and suffered patiently through my indecision and nerves. There were a few small obstacles - the car took a few days to arrive, and my remote starter was on backorder - and Jon went way above and beyond to accommodate me and my schedule. I could say a lot of nice things about Todd. But the most important one is that he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my choice. Taking the Elantra out for an extended test drive really instilled confidence that it was the right car for me - it wasn't something that he had to arrange, but it was very kind of him. When my car arrived, I'm pretty sure Kylee was even more excited than I was. I never worried about the paperwork, because she did a great job explaining everything, answering questions and generally putting me at ease. Plus, she's just a lovely person to interact with. All of the little things that the team put into my experience really did assure me that I had made the right choice. Not only *would* I recommend Cambridge Hyundai, I already have! More

When I had any questions, day or night, Jon Newton (my car sales rep.) was always there to answer me and guide me through any details that didn't fully make sense to me. Jon was straight up and honest, which is something you dont expect to see in a car salesman. Most just want to make a sale. Paul Walia was definitely an entertaining guy to work with. Good sense of humor and always ready for a conversation. He was very helpful and i'd definitely go back to see him for any financial questions/concerns about financing my vehicle or whatever it may be. Thank you both for your help! * 2 thumbs up * More

She went above and beyond meeting mine and my partners needs with professionalism and humour. I went to the dealership not thinking I would be getting a Hyundai, I wanted to rule them out so I could go get a Honda Fit! With Amanda's help in all aspects; from my needs for a vehicle along with the choice between leasing and purchasing she made the experience a pleasure. Amanda went above and beyond a "car salesperson" and I thank her for all the little things she did for making this a wonderful exciting time; instead of stressful and difficult. While Amanda was a huge part in making the car buying experience a great one, Kylee also made going through the financial part a breeze. I have not had a car loan in ten years so I was by no means looking forward to one now! Kylee answered all my question, put me at ease and went above and beyond her duties. Thank-you ladies for your commitment to me as a buyer and your kindness and caring! I will direct any family and friends their way knowing they will be treated as family. :-) More
