My salesman Karry was the only thing good about the whole experience , the finance team dropped the ball more then once in a matter of a few days to the point that me as a customer had to contact my insuranc experience , the finance team dropped the ball more then once in a matter of a few days to the point that me as a customer had to contact my insurance company when we told him who we were with prior to us leaving , go to pick car up on a Tuesday after buying it on the Saturday he didn’t verify with insurance company and I wouldn’t have my insurance papers so couldn’t drive that day then finding out that he pooched the financial paperwork and put my full mortgage on my name instead of using my wife who was also there and makes way more money then I do only to find out that my mortgage financial institution denied me because of how he drew up the forms it was a disaster then was in contact with assistant manager she was nice but never followed up with us afterwards, the two stars is for Karry I will never use Hyundai especially Cambridge ever and I’m willing to put this on social media.. More

I have had a “privilege” to deal with Cambridge Hyundai. Even though I rarely leave reviews this time I have decided to do it. I see many positive experiences from other folks, which is great! I will leave a review per visit and if you interested in reading it you can likely filter it by reviewer to find it all. As you are likely aware if you need a specific car, you might be out of luck atm and you have to wait for 6+ months in some cases. I wanted it sooner; I knew what model I want and the only car available was in this location within a close proximity. I am from Waterloo. Aman was able to answer all the questions we had and the information he did not poses he got from the service department. Jelena was pushy, but no issues here. I had to purchase an Accessory package to get the car since the demand is high. No issues. Unfortunate, many of the verbal promises ended up no true. 1. The car must be purchased with Accessory package and premium matts because it came with it was a lie. I got front matts a week after I have received the car. Summer matts I am still waiting for without any ETA. 2. I was promised the Hyundai loyalty rebate, or at least somebody will look into it after since my car is older than requirements, but since I am the only owner, I can possibly still qualify. No follow-up on that, still. 3. My car broke down (different story and a different review). The car was in the shop for 2 days. I did not get a replacement vehicle as promised during the sale. 4. Next day I did not get a shuttle from Waterloo to Cambridge Hyundai. I was told during the sale I would get one. You knew I am from Waterloo. I would buy the car anyways, but no point of promising me something that was not delivered one week after. More
