I went in for an oil change and was told that I needed other work including new tires! I bought my vehicle from this dealership the end of November and bought snow tires so I drove only 7 weeks on these t other work including new tires! I told myself after the last service call that I would not return to this dealership. Last time I went in for an oil change and was informed it would cost me over $700 to get extra work done. My car was not return to this dealership. Last time I went in for an oil change and was informed it would cost me over $700 to get extra work done. My car was only 2 years old and they told me the following things needed urgent attention. My cabin filter, a fuel injection treatment and one brake needed to be cleaned. I am a senior female that knows very little about cars. I don't have a lot of money so he told me to fix the brakes since they were the most important. This time my car was ready for the 96,000 service. I thought I would give this dealership one more chance. Big mistake!!! This time they said I needed new front and rear brakes. They quoted me $1400 before taxes. I declined. They wrote on my bill that my car was unsafe for road use at this time. I then got 2 more quotes for this same job. One was $1000 and the other was $1100, both with taxes included. I was told that I could get at least 1 more season before I needed my brakes done. I feel that this dealership lied to me and pushed services I didn't really need. I will definitely not be going back. I deal with a Hyundai dealership in Nova Scotia twice a year and have never had any complaints. More
