I will never bring my truck for an oil change here again, the technician used an impact gun to put my oil drain plug back in. With all my body weight on the end of a ratchet I couldn’t undo my oil plug, sur the technician used an impact gun to put my oil drain plug back in. With all my body weight on the end of a ratchet I couldn’t undo my oil plug, sure enough the same was done to my oil filter. Brutal technicians who clearly don’t know what they are doing and don’t have respect for your vehicle. More
