Our current BMW SUV had broken down, we had left it with a BMW dealerships in Calgary for repair during the week, we had been advised it would take 4 weeks for repairs. 4 weeks without a vehicle would not b a BMW dealerships in Calgary for repair during the week, we had been advised it would take 4 weeks for repairs. 4 weeks without a vehicle would not be suitable for us, so we decided to browse for a new vehicle, we spent over 4 hours, viewing and test driving used vehicle. We had decided on 2 we would like to finance, offer was presented to us at 6.99% financing. We decided we should visit another dealership before making a decision. We went to visit Cam Clark Ford Airdrie we had called and advised we would like to view and hopefully finance a F150 Lariat with a budget of 60K. Upon arrival we were greeted by front desk and sales manager Khan, who introduced us to Ed and Critz. Understanding our needs, situation and circumstance Khan had advised we visit there used vehicle superstore. Not knowing the exact location, Critz offered to drive us over to view. Ed quickly went on the computer to show us inventory of what was available with less than 30 mins before closing Ed and Critz, did not rush or even mention their store hours. Just had a cancellation on 2 brand new custom ordered F150 Lariats. Working out financing payments on their used and brand new F150’s, advising us of their .99% financing on new vehicles, Ed calculated payments comparing to the used vehicle bank financing between 5-7%. we realized there was not a big difference when financing. Critz prepared the test drive in one of the new F150’s and showed us the other. We drove it in their lot, as we were familiar with the vehicle, we decided we didn’t really need to take it on a long test drive, also being self aware of their closing hours. Which didn’t seem to bother anyone there. When we came back inside we talked with Khan the manager who talked with us to get to know us, not rushing to write up an offer or discuss the vehicle financing, he wasn’t all about the sale, Khan was more about building a relationship making sure this was the right vehicle for us. He said take home the vehicle as no one can really know if the vehicle fits them and their lifestyle in 5 - 10 minuets. We can do up financing any time. The service, the care, from everyone at Cam Clark Airdrie, the whole experience was exceptional. They never forced a sale, a rush, a time limit on an offer. They helped us make a decision on what would be best for us. We were shocked we were offered to take home a vehicle which we are well aware is a vehicle which can be sold to anyone instantly, with current country wide production inventory wait times. Monday evening we dropped off the vehicle so it can be equipped with the box cover and prepared for us to finance and take home. Knowing the need for a vehicle they had prepared a loaner for us to take home. While Kristine prepared the financing, and helped us prepare every step of the way, being new to Alberta, she advised us on everything we would need and how we can get it, and where we would need to go. All in all Khan, Ed, Critz & Kristine made the whole experience easy, convenient, knowledgeable, overall simply amazing. They all made sure we were happy every step of the way their number 1 priority was us not the sale. Cam Clark Airdrie has made us their forever client, I don’t think we will ever go to another dealership again. Very unhelpful n rude! There were 6 salesman on the lot and not one of them came to assist us! We even went inside n no one offered to help us. Unprofessional!!!
