The first service was for an oil change. The service was efficient and the cost was average. The second service I had a flat tire and thought that perhaps my rim was damaged as well. It was close to time for an oil change so I requested that they do that as well as rotate my tires for me. The staff called with the damage report and once given the okay to proceed, ordered me a new tire and had the work done the same day. The cost was reasonable and I appreciated that they did not try to up sale anything that wasn't required. When picking up my vehicle a thorough explanation of the work done was gone over with me. So far I have been impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff. I will continue to depend on CCF for maintenance of my Escape. More

Customer service is #1 I was very impressed with Ed Wan , found him to be very knowledgeable about the car we were interested to purchase. When I brought it back there was no sales pressure to buy, we wrote up the deal to purchase with a easy out timeframe clause & I called Ed to say we couldn't decide for sure.
