After having a very negative and disappointing experience with a Ford Dealership here in Calgary, I was at a loss as to where to take My car for servi After having a very negative and disappointing experience with a Ford Dealership here in Calgary, I was at a loss as to where to take My car for service! I own a Ford and, had really wanted to keep taking to Ford for servicing but, just could not go back to where I had previously been taken such advantage of! When I first moved to Calgary I leased My cars from Cam Clark and remembered it being a good experience overall, so I decided to give them a try and, booked an appointment with them, AND I am very Happy to say it was the right decision! Jordan, booked Me in, over the phone and He was excellent! I already felt a bit better about booking there. Carter took My car in when I got there, He was very friendly and excellent to deal with as well! They were busy so I decide to take a walk and come back, when I did My car was ready to go, Jordan helped Me with payment, and pick up and again He was very awesome to deal with! I got back in My car to drive away and an alert came on saying low key in battery ( I had both keys with Me so which one lol ) I thought I'd go back in and get a battery(s) since I was there already. Now, keep in mind they were very busy, it was a Saturday morning. As soon as I walked back in, Jordan said "oh, what's up?" so I told Him, and He immediately took both keys apart, TOOK Me over to parts where I could by the battery's , and, while I was paying for the battery's went back over to put them in etc, by the time I got back all done, THEN He walked Me to My car and tested both to make sure I was good to go!! Amazing experience all the way around!!!! You can not know how great it felt to feel so looked after! I really love My car, and was at the point to where, I did not want to purchase another Ford due to my very unfortunate experience here in Calgary!, Now when it's time to get a new vehicle, I will definitely consider purchasing from Cam Clark Ford in Airdrie :)!! More

Ron Down is the bomb! 💥 I went to three other Ford dealerships before meeting Ron Down at Cam Clark Ford in Airdrie. I told him I needed a truck that I would be using as my w I went to three other Ford dealerships before meeting Ron Down at Cam Clark Ford in Airdrie. I told him I needed a truck that I would be using as my welding rig. He knew all the right questions to ask me. He knew roughly what kind of weight I would be carrying. I initially was more interested in the lariat however, Ron pointed out that the Truck with the skid plates and extra suspension in the off road package truck was far more conducive to what I would be using the truck for! I bought the perfect truck for me and my career! I would highly recommend Mr.Down! Khan Ung and Ron Down hooked me up with an amazing truck for an amazing price! More
