Great service and thorough investigation of my vehicle I took my vehicle in for servicing due to a squealing noise when I turned on the heat/AC. I needed to leave the vehicle overnight as the noise was on I took my vehicle in for servicing due to a squealing noise when I turned on the heat/AC. I needed to leave the vehicle overnight as the noise was only happening when the engine was cold. They discovered my vehicle had a transmission leak which will be repaired in a week's time and may be the cause of the squealing noise. Due to an overwhelming number of service appointments the dealership needed to reschedule an appointment in a week's time to correct the issue and provide me with a courtesy car at the same time. I was assured my vehicle was safe to drive until it could return to the service centre. More

Engine light went on I was on my way to work when my engine light went on. I immediately went to Burlington Toyota and although they were very busy that day, they were ab I was on my way to work when my engine light went on. I immediately went to Burlington Toyota and although they were very busy that day, they were able to fix it and take care of the 2 recalls that I had on my car. I was shuttled to and from the dealership and they kept in constant communication with me regarding the status of my car. This dealership is a well oiled Toyota machine!!!! I am grateful to have such an amazing place that takes care of myself and my car. More

Excellent service from Jason and Chris! I was involved in a collision on May 7th, where I was rear-ended and my 2003 Echo was a total loss. Jason helped me to find a car, a 2013 Corolla whi I was involved in a collision on May 7th, where I was rear-ended and my 2003 Echo was a total loss. Chris was very helpful with filling out forms for the loan and Jason gave me all sorts of help with finalizing the deal and getting used to a different car. More
