Work was done on time & as directed. Billing- had trouble with credit card reader at time of payment. Paid with debit card. Was surprised to receive an e- invoice not recorded as paid. Great buying experience with Jamie Having been to several other dealers while looking for a 2014 Corolla and I was underwhelmed with the responses I was getting from their Sales Dept. However, my experience at Burlington Toyota was great. Jamie (Sales) was a refreshing change. Rita (Finance?) was exceedingly helpful. Great Service Experience Adam was awesome. Heard a sound and felt vibration in the front end of my 2014 Yaris, I immediately too the car in without an appointment as I felt it Adam was awesome. Adam the Service Adviser was able to have the car looked at and repaired same day. When I picked up the car later that day, Adam was there to give me an overview of the problem explain the paperwork to me and also (very big) show me where my car was parked. More

I really wanted a quick and efficient trade-in and upgrade and all was complete within an hour or so which was perfect. Great Customer Service, Great Staff !
