Excellence In Service I find the Toyota Service Centre in Burlington to be the most efficient, polite, knowledgeable service centre that I have been in through all the yea I find the Toyota Service Centre in Burlington to be the most efficient, polite, knowledgeable service centre that I have been in through all the years when compared to several other dealerships, as this is the first Toyota I have had, and am very happy with it so far in its 4th year. The employees all seem like they are actually enjoying their work even though they are always extremely busy, and no matter who you ask a question to they are more than happy to answer you. Everything is explained for you and when you leave you know what had to be done, what was done, and what did not need to be done at the time, no surprises. If you choose to wait, they have everything there to make it pleasant - comfortable seating, many choices of drinks and even packaged cookies! It is bright and airy inside and everything is super clean right down to the washrooms. There has been every reason at this point to give them a 5 star rating, they deserve nothing less. More

The Advisor was able to tell me the date and mileage when it was last changed so this was a reasonable item. More
