Consistent experience almost every time Simple oil and filter service, dropped off. Asked them not to check cabin filter because the latch is broken, they did exactly as I asked. Called me to advise that there were some other items that need attention, and my immediate reaction was "Oh oh, here comes the old hard sell!" Turns out I had a light burnt out, rear wiper is in need of changing, and a couple clips underneath should really be replaced. Told them to go ahead with the light only, I can do the rest myself.. Picked up the car, the bill was an extra $1.40 for the bulb, And they even washed it. I don't live or work in Burlington but this is why I go to this dealership for all my service. More
