I am never left with the impression t I am always extremely happy with the exceptional service provided to me at the Burlington Toyota Service Centre. I am never left with the impression that unnecessary services are being done. The quality of service remains consistent and the staff are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I gladly don't mind if something takes a bit longer because I don't feel like I need to worry about how a service of my car is going to turn out. I guess my only constructive comment would be that I need to work my schedule around to fit the availability of the service schedule. An easier drop in visit option would be nice but in the end, I can't trade quality and knowing something is being done right the first time for ease of appointments.
