Called me to advise that there were some other items that need attention, and my immediate reaction was "Oh oh, here comes the old hard sell!" Turns out I had a light burnt out, rear wiper is in need of changing, and a couple clips underneath should really be replaced. Told them to go ahead with the light only, I can do the rest myself.. Picked up the car, the bill was an extra $1.40 for the bulb, And they even washed it. I don't live or work in Burlington but this is why I go to this dealership for all my service. More

Great oil change I booked an appointment for an oil change and I got in earlier which was great. Hafiz again explained the features of the vehicle, and welcomed another visit with my wife to test-drive it. Rita did an excellent job outlining the various warranty plans and explaining the financial part of our transaction. She was warm, welcoming, and thorough. Hafiz was patient on delivery day, explaining various cool things on the car, even though he had another customer come in due to a scheduling mix-up. All went well for both sets of customers! More

Honest service Our car was scheduled for a regular oil change service. My wife was concerned about some green drops on our snow covered driveway this winter. In the past this usually indicated a coolant leak. The service adviser told her that the coolant used in Toyotas was more a red colour but checked for leaks anyway.(No leaks were found). It's great to be able to trust an honest service advisor and mechanic. Washing the car was a nice touch as well. More
