Exceptional Sales provided by Brent Moss I was in the market for a used BMW. I had called other dealerships about cars listed on their web site, and was surprised but the poor service I recei I was in the market for a used BMW. I had called other dealerships about cars listed on their web site, and was surprised but the poor service I received. Then I called Budds' to enquire about a car they had for sale. I was passed to Brent Moss and I received exceptional service from him, on my initial call and thoughtout the purchase process. In my initial call I asked a few questions about the vehicle. Brent immediately followed up our call by sending me the vehicle specs and then he took several photos and sent them as well. All within a few minutes. We set a time later that day to see the car which resulted in me purchasing it the same day. Brent sets an expectation and then delivered to it, was very professional, personable, and supportive in the entire process. Sadly I did not have the same experience with the Business department, but Brent intervened and directly handled that end of the buying and delivery process to my satisfaction. More

It used to be 15,000km or one year, whichever came first but they changed it but didn't notify customers so I took the car in for an oil change after it hadn't had one for a year and was told I had to drive it for another couple of months or I'd have to pay. They could have told me this before I wasted my time driving a half hour from home to the dealership! More

Reputable business, honest sales guys. I came to Budds' on an impulse since the car I went ready to buy at another dealership wasn't forthcoming with details. Lee my sales guy and was very informative, friendly and took the time to make us feel valued even though we were buying a used car. We were there for hours undecided, yet he was very patient and went through detail with us. I ended up buying the car that day and picking it up 2 weeks later. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars was due to the back and forth issues we had with one of the owners of Budds' and ourselves regarding touch ups on the car and how they were done. Only when Lee stepped in and took our side, did we see the touch ups done correctly. The car is absolutely beautiful and I love it. Lee a great guy and always available when you email or call. Highly recommend him and this dealership. More
