3rd time disappointing experience I bought BMW electric car from this dealership and have had it serviced 3 times. Each time I get the car returned to me not charged at the end of the I bought BMW electric car from this dealership and have had it serviced 3 times. Each time I get the car returned to me not charged at the end of the service, despite being assured that it would be. This time I was assured when I made the appointment that the car would be fully charged so I could make the 2 hr trip home. I also asked that I receive a text when the car was finished NOT an email as I had no access to email while I was in Oakville. When I returned to get my car (no text telling me that it was ready) I found that the car was ready 2 hrs earlier and that I was emailed. When I went to get the car it was not charged and was sitting directly beside the charger for the entire time and not plugged in (close to 2 hrs). I plugged the car in to get something before I started home and then realized that there was a quick charge outside - I had to find this out myself. When I got my car out to the quick charge and after getting that started (took several minutes) it faulted. By now it was supper time so I put the car back on the regular charger and went for supper. All in all... this leaves me totally unsatisfied with the service experience for my electric car. It never changes. I must say the staff is always polite, and helpful, but for my specific experience polite and helpful is not useful. Since there is no other place to get this car serviced I do have to come back to Budd's BUT I hope that the next time you actually take my review seriously and provide me with a better experience. More

Great Emergency Service while traveling To say that I am pleased with the treatment I received would be a gross understatement. I'm from the east coast of the USA and cracked a header pipe o To say that I am pleased with the treatment I received would be a gross understatement. I'm from the east coast of the USA and cracked a header pipe on my 1985 BMW motorcycle while riding in the greater Toronto/Ontario area. I had planned a visit to Budd's BMW but had not expected to arrive 30 minutes (4:30 pm) prior to closing with a major repair issue. I was greeted by John the Service Manager, welcomed by the entire staff, calmed and then the issue was confirmed. I was told they'd do all possible to get me on the road the following day so I could maintain my rather tight travel schedule. I was presented with a service rental car (MINI) and sent on my way to enjoy my evening some 40 miles away. I got a call late the next morning that it was all repaired several hours ahead of what I was just hoping for and headed back. After loading up my gear and sharing some enjoyable conversation with John and his team by 2:30 pm the next day I was back on the road with a very fair and reasonable invoice to pay for the work and the rental. I could not be more pleased with the highly professional services provided by Budd's BMW, especially on such short notice. Now, a week later and another 800 miles the repair is still perfect and almost invisible and I'm back home in Maryland having made all of my scheduled stops to visit friends along my route and attend a National BMW Motorcycle Rally in Pennsylvania.
