Not a satisfactrory service experiance at all Original service appointment was rescheduled last minutes with very short notice claiming the glass needed to replace the windshield is on backorder. This is simply bad management, both my husband and I had already made arrangements with work to accommodate the appointment and short notice cancelation was very inconvenient. The car was not done at the originally scheduled time which impacted our daily schedule again and to top it off the car was not cleaned inside when done. There was grease and grime everywhere inside especially on the wheel. We have two vehicles from this dealership and this is a second time we are having bad service experience. very very disappointing. More

The sales and service people are the best! When you walk through the door you are treated with respect. You are left to look around and make decisions without someone hanging over you. Recently had my car serviced at Budds and received poor communication, a poor diagnosis, and insufficient responses. Decided to take my vehicle elsewhere only to find out the recommended resolution from Budds was not fully required. Paid less for identical parts, but much better service. The service department has a substantial opportunity to act as ambassadors for the Sales team. Unfortunately in this case, the service team has likely caused me to likely look elsewhere when it comes time for my next vehicle. More

Very poor attempt to resolve a significant issue. We bought our first BMW. Great service until we realized some of the features we paid for were not on the car, I.e.MSport brakes. When we asked why we We bought our first BMW. Great service until we realized some of the features we paid for were not on the car, I.e.MSport brakes. When we asked why we didn’t get what we paid for, Scott Johnston blamed it on BMW by saying corporate told him they shouldn’t have been MSport brakes but regular brakes that should have been painted blue. He offered us $500 or we could bring the car in and they would paint them for us. We had the feature sheet clearly showing we were to receive MSport brakes. That was just the start of what was a terrible experience when we realized other features weren’t on the car despite paying for them. It wasn’t until we became adamant about our position that they offered reasonable options. Very frustrating experience and in my opinion, a very dishonest Sales Manager. Our Sales Representative, Leslie Livingstone, was very nice and professional. More
