After I was dropped off to pick up my car, waited a few minutes for car wash. Shuttle picked me up from my house at 3:15 pm in a van, I do not know the van brand, other than it was not a BMW. I started to feel nauseas from a heavy odor (car deodorizer, perfume, cologne???), I was getting sick, quickly asked the driver to open my window to get fresh air. I informed the driver there was a smell and it was making me sick. The shuttle pick up to BMW was unpleasant. More

Best BMW dealership in The GTA I have to start off by saying this has been the best BMW dealership and sales team I've encountered. I was searching online with multiple dealerships I have to start off by saying this has been the best BMW dealership and sales team I've encountered. I was searching online with multiple dealerships in the GTA to find my BMW, but I found Budds BMW website had the largest inventory of all the dealers. I found my car online, rang up Budds who put me through with Moe Kassab. Moe was extremely helpful in listing all the features of the car I called in about about, and quickly arranged a time for me to come into the showroom to view the car. When I went to the showroom Moe welcomed me right away. He asked me if I wanted to take the car for a test drive - to which I said of course! He took my licence and just gave me the keys! The fact that he trusted me to take the car out just with my family is not something many salespeople do these days. I told him later that usually most sales guys go for the test drive to convince the driver to buy the car - Moe told me straight up that he knew that car would be perfect for me and that driving the car itself would be enough to convince me. During the whole process - Moe was extremely helpful and I did not feel pressured or rushed in any way! Even when I brought in my car for servicing - my rim had a slight scratch on it and he told me that he would take care of it - and he did! This is not your usual salesperson who sells you the car and moves on- Moe keeps his word and is passionate about customer service. I have not encountered anyone who is as knowledgeable about the product and has the utmost regard for customer service as Moe! His service and commitment to his clients is bar none. If you are looking for a BMW, look no further than Moe and Budds BMW for service and selection. More

They gave me a loner, but surely they should never run out of parts for such a common repair. Seems like poor management to me. More

Feels good to be back!! When I returned my last 535, the design of the 2015 model hadn't changed, so I took a break and went to another brand. Cliff Fraser cordially bid me When I returned my last 535, the design of the 2015 model hadn't changed, so I took a break and went to another brand. Cliff Fraser cordially bid me adieu at that time, a real gentleman and understood. After 3 years of that other brand, I took a look at the 2018 540 and ordered one up with everything I wanted. Its just incredible how they have redesigned this car in every possible way!!! I took delivery of my new car on September 1st and Cliff presented it to me and put me through all of the features himself before I drove it away. Great salesman, great dealership, awesome automobile! I'm happy to be back! I have people turning their heads to see what that gorgeous car is that just drove by! Good feeling, and loving it. Great experience overall I dropped my car in for an oil change and 55 point inspection. I was informed of all scheduled work that needed to be done. Work was completed on time at the end of the work day. Shuttle drivers were busy so they called me to let me know that they had ordered a taxi to pick me up. After I picked up my car the service representative called me to review the inspection report. Most dealerships would not go to this extent for customer service. Well done! More
