John is familiar with what I like in a car and ca This is not my first BMW purchase with Budds'. They always make it worth my time to see what is new. John is familiar with what I like in a car and can point out all the features and things I will like. I know I'm being upsold, but I don't feel like I am and there is no pressure involved in the transaction. I always leave the lot feeling like my concerns have been addressed and usually with more car than what I originally came in with. John takes the time to follow up afterward and helped with the selection of the winter tire package after we had completed the purchase of the new car, arranging everything with the Service Department for me. More

My concerns relate more to the vehicle than the dealership. My most recent visit was a recall and my experience with Budds in this instance was exemplary. Also I very much like the car, a 2011 X3 which is a joy to drive, especially on long trips. However, I have experienced a number of annoying issues with the X3 since the warrenty expired. Although this is my second BMW vehicle my recent experience raises doubts in my mind as to whether I will purchase another BMW. More
