Great service Recently I had two motorcycles serviced at Budd's Motorrad. I don't believe you can find a more qualified team to work on your bike. After they examine the bike, John Parker the Service Manager explains everything that needs to be done and why. He knows more than you can imagine about all components right down to the nuts and bolts. When I picked up my bikes, when the service department was closed, a salesman was kind enough to help me load the bikes. The amazing part - there was a cold rain and all I asked was that someone help me get them on the trailer. I forget the salesman's name, but he actually did the work to secure them properly on the trailer. If there was any negative, it's costly service, but in this case, you really do get what you pay for. More

BMW Service Had another follow up to a problem that was not completely fixed. It was an anomaly. They took my X3 in right away and gave me a loaner at no charge w Had another follow up to a problem that was not completely fixed. It was an anomaly. They took my X3 in right away and gave me a loaner at no charge while they fixed it. The staff are great at being available and letting you know what is happening day by day. The service person I was dealing with originally was off when my car was ready and another employee took over for the final. Very smooth and personal. Great Service from all yet again! Expensive I had a drive train malfunction issue and got it fixed hopefully no issues service was fine but i originally gave it in for diagnosis and approved 164 I had a drive train malfunction issue and got it fixed hopefully no issues service was fine but i originally gave it in for diagnosis and approved 164 dollar for diagnosis , one hour that is just too much . Above all , I got the car fixed same location and another 1000 dollars , i asked to if they could waive the diagnosis fee (which mercedez generally does if you get it repaired at their service center ) but there was absolute NO . i think that is a rip off. i will recommend if you really need to go there More
