I wanted a red one, and visited the dealership many times to inquire. Finally, one Saturday I walked in and inquired again. I spoke with Jiri Kazda, who informed me that it was my lucky day, and that one just arrived on the lot. So we went out to take a look, it just arrived, and still had tape all over it. So I thought about it for a few hours and came back Jiri was with a client, so I spoke with the Manager, Hugh Payne who was exceptional ! I wanted to see it with tape off, and of course a test drive. They had my beetle untaped and ready for a test drive immediately while I waited. Wow !! with service like that, I bought my beetle that day!!!! Ricky Kurl, thanks to his expertise I got the perfect wheels that suit my beetle, he was certainly a great help with the extras I wanted. Thanks to everyone who helped me, I'm a Beetle Bramgate Vokswagen LOVER!! Jiri was wonderfully perfect, and could not do enough to make sure I left absolutely happy when I picked up my beetle. Fantastic sales experience Our search for a new car involved 4 different vehicle brands and 5 different dealers. The experience with 4 of the dealers was good for the most part. Our search for a new car involved 4 different vehicle brands and 5 different dealers. The experience with 4 of the dealers was good for the most part. Our experience with Bramgate Volkswagen was exceptional. We dealt with Chris Fernandez whose personal and professional approach was outstanding. He understood exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle and promised that he would give us his best "no haggle" price. We told Chris that we had done our research and had narrowed our vehicle search to 2 brands and vehicles, with the 2017 Jetta Wolfsburg being one of the finalists. When we arrived at Bramgate on a busy Saturday morning, Chris had the vehicle ready and waiting for us to test drive. He explained the various vehicle options that were equipped on the 2017 Jetta Wolfsburg and sent us on our test drive. When we returned to Bramgate, we sat down with Chris and he delivered on his promise with a price that required no haggling. Chris then introduced us to Ricky Kurl who completed the financial part of the deal in a friendly and professional manner. Ricky approved our financing on the spot and thoroughly explained the optional extended warranty that was available to us. We returned to Bramgate and picked up our new Jetta on the delivery date that we arranged with Chris. The vehicle was waiting for us in the service bay and Chris again provided a thorough overview of the vehicle features. You know that "buyer's remorse" feeling you sometimes get after purchasing something? There was none of that. Bramgate Volkswagen delivered a fantastic car buying experience!
