The people that work at blue mountain are very friendly & laid back. However, even though this may be a good thing to look for when searching for a dealership to purchase your newest vehicle at, being too laid back can be very frustrating for the customer. I bought my new to me jeep at the end of January & although it took a while to get into something the paperwork was done in a timely manner thanks to Steve Grey, he was awesome. I did not receive the second key to the vehicle or the old license plate from the truck I traded in. It was a very big case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing. Despite consistent calling to the dealership, who said that it was being done, it still hasn't been given to me. It's now the middle of March & dealing with only having one key to your vehicle can be extremely frustrating. I hope that for future customers, the staff will not completely diregard them after they sign on the dotted line. According to marketing statistics, the best way for a company to make money is to keep the old customers happy, so that in the future the customer will continue to do business with them. Unfortunately blue mountain has left a sour taste in my mouth & I will not be returning to deal with them again. More

He ensured the process was easy, quick, and seamless. He had me driven to the dealer to pick up the rental vehicle in under an hour. After the rental period, he billed my insurance company directly, saving me from the paperwork. It should be noted that pricing is on the high side at around $50 per day, but it's not unreasonable given the lack of competition in the Collingwood area. More

What could have turned out to be a disappointing experience turn in to a positive and confidence building one and I have to thank the lady that walked him through this start to finish. Shari McKilligan spent time going over all of the steps with him, and explained issues that might arise from my son being a 20 year old that has not had a chance to establish his credit yet. And these issues did arise, but Shari contacted my son promptly and explained clearly to him any documents he might need and she was so patient with him. With her hard work and respect she showed to my son, he went from a 20 year old kid to a confident & responsible young man over night. And he is taking this responsibility seriously. Loved the Sales Manager, but disappointed in vehicle :( We came to this dealership from about an hour away, because we heard great things about it - and Jamie Baverstock in particular. The dealership itsel We came to this dealership from about an hour away, because we heard great things about it - and Jamie Baverstock in particular. The dealership itself is a nice newer building, amenities for people waiting such as drinks etc., and from what we could see a good staff. We came in saying we had X amount of dollars to spend on a used van, and were not in a rush... just looking for the best we could get. Not once did we feel any pressure from Jamie, he was always friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping us out. Having only ever purchased new vehicles before, perhaps we were a little naive about checking EVERY last detail on the van before signing the paperwork. When we got home we noticed rust spots we never saw at the dealership, on hood and underneath the seats etc. inside the vehicle (again, not a huge deal just a bummer). First time we tried to use the stow-n-go seats, we realized the left back side had a broken piece. Within six months we had to bring the vehicle in twice to a mechanic toget repaired, costing quite a bit of money. The first visit was the front wheel bearings needing to be replaced, which I understand happens... but considering we just got the van we were pretty disappointed in this. The second visit was when we realized there was no air conditioning in the back of the van, at all... we purchased it in the late Fall so weather was cool, but we did give the a/c a test to make sure it worked... unfortunately we didn't think we would need to actually go into the back to make sure ALL the a/c unit was working. We were definitely not impressed, this is a big expense to fix in a van. At about a year mark we also realized one of the sliding door units does not lock, unsure if this is a new issue or had been there all along... as we always use the remote to lock/unlock and assumed it worked for all the doors. So needless to say, I would not be comfortable buying a used vehicle from them again... nor would I recommend them to others for this purpose. I did really like our Sales Manager, and we would probably purchase a new vehicle from him in the future (coming with a warranty I would feel comfortable)... but I'm not sure that I will ever want to buy a used vehicle again. More

This was all new to me and she was so nice and did not make me nervous at all. She told me the things I would need to do and to get and she made sure I understood everything. She is the first person that made sure I knew what they were talking about and she made me feel like I was important and not just another kid. I am very thankful the way she treated me and I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Thank you Shari! And thank you to Philip Fisher too for your help. More
