2014 kia soul I want to dealership to look at 2011 kia soul when I got there I was greated by Sheri witch was good because she was my a Landord of mine so I new tha I want to dealership to look at 2011 kia soul when I got there I was greated by Sheri witch was good because she was my a Landord of mine so I new that I would be taken care of well she has great customer service Sheri showed me the 2011 version and I taste drive it I did not like the cheap felling of it so Sheri showed me the 2014 version and I was much happier that she did. I love car and would definitely recommend dealing with Sheri she has great customers and shows you ways to make payments each month. I was then greated buy Phil the finance manager he is awesome to deal with very friendly and the application took no time was approved within a day. He is also very hopeful any questions about the car he helps. More
2011 Chrysler 200 Hood. "2011 Chrysler 200 new Hood" I noticed some bubbling of the paint around the headlights and in the centre of the hood by the windshield. I called m "2011 Chrysler 200 new Hood" I noticed some bubbling of the paint around the headlights and in the centre of the hood by the windshield. I called my dealer they asked me to bring the car into shop to see these ice manager Rob Picken. I took the car in to see Rob on July 25, 2016 at about 12:00 PM, Rob was very understanding and took pictures of the problem areas, especially on the hood by the windshield. Rob asked me to open the hood so that he could take pictures of the underside, and indicated the it was severe at the fold under the paint. Rob told me that he would send the picture to FCA, to review and that would get back to me hopefully in a couple of days. We at 2:30 PM that very same day Rob called me back and said that they are going to replace the hood and that he has ordered all nescesary parts and asked me if I lould bring the car in the following Wednesday August 3, 2016. As he has made an appointment to have the work done. I was amazed at such a quick response. Great follow up. More

The deal went through perfect. I trusted them so I did not even try to bargain on the price or anything like that. Was very satisfied and happy until i got home with the new car and when I pulled out the paper floor mats I realized that there were no floor mats. However, the car had the mats when I took the it for a test drive. I followed up with them and was promised that they will look into it. It took a while but Garnet was great and he followed up and in the end the mats were found. Although there were some misunderstanding they pooled through for me in the end and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys for the great job you have done! More

They went far above and beyond accessing and repairing my vehicle. I have already recommended them to family and friends. Even though this is not the closest dealership to where I live I will travel the extra distance for all my future service requirements. I am from out of province and she helped me to arrange to get the car home as easily as possible, and advised me how to get PST refund in BC. I am on fixed income and I was offered a reasonable price and got good value for the price I paid. I highly recommend Darlene and Blue Mountain Chrysler. Bought a low mileage 2 year old Dodge Journey I dropped in on a tight schedule and was greeted warmly and had Shari. It was a long drive for me and I was there Sat am at 9.15 and they had everything ready. I was on my way again within 30 minutes. The car was exactly what I was looking for and the price was fair. Don't stand behind there customers Bought a van from them just over a year ago and purchased the full bumper to bumper warranty. Just had my van in at my shop that is not the dealership Bought a van from them just over a year ago and purchased the full bumper to bumper warranty. Just had my van in at my shop that is not the dealership and found a cooler line leak. My garage gave me a write up of the problem and an estimate and I took it to blue mountain and was told I would have to pay their $110 to have them diagnose the problem and then they would put it through warranty. So why would I use them if I know the problem and have a garage I trust and is much convenient for me to get to. On top of that, my garage also lent me their personal vehicle to get my kids from camp since the job took longer than it should of. Back to the problem while replacing the lines they found that they could get the lines to connect back on the condenser properly because the connectors were warped from the lines leaking. So they needed to replace the condenser too. Well the warranty company wouldn't cover the Condenser because there warranty won't cover any parts that fail because of rust or corrosion. Which we were not told from blue Mountain when we purchased the warranty. Beware!!!! They only show u the small print of everything it covers. So to make a long short warranty company wouldn't cover it cause the said it was corroded which there isn't any. So took the part to blue mountain to get a second review from the service manager, which agreed but said there's nothing he could do. I called the warranty company back and told them that the dealership agrees there was no rust and please call him. Later that afternoon I did get a call from the warranty people and there story changed, they are now not covering it because my garage must have damaged it and I should have taken it to a dealership to have the job done properly. CAN YOU SAY SCAM!!! By the way this warranty cost me over $3000 and now I just had to pay $450 for a part that should be covered More
