bad safety I purchased a used car from BMC it was sold certified. I took it to another shop because i have heard bad things about BMC. the other shop said there I purchased a used car from BMC it was sold certified. I took it to another shop because i have heard bad things about BMC. the other shop said there was no way it should have passed the certification, the brakes were all seized on it. took it back to BMC to be fixed. when i picked it back up they said it was good to go, i didn't trust them so i took it back to the other shop and they told me they did some work on the back brakes but did not touch the fronts. so back to BMC to get them to fix it again. in no way should i have had to take it back twice to have a safety certification done properly. From the outset he helped me figure out what exactly I was looking for, and within 24 hours had a couple great options that fit the bill. From there he was always available to answer any questions I had about the car or the buying process, and went above and beyond to get it ready and ensure that I'd be happy with the car I was buying. And it paid off, because I love it! All in all I couldn't have asked for a better first car buying experience. When the time comes, I look forward to purchasing my second car through this dealership as well. More

The best dealership I have ever dealt with I went into this dealership to look at Jeeps in early February of 2018. I was in a lease at the time so didn't think I would be able to get out of it. They were able to get me out of my lease, find me exactly what I wanted in a jeep, and were super friendly and professional about it! The turnaround time was very quick (less than 2 weeks altogether) and I left with exactly what I wanted. Even the salespeople that I wasn't directly dealing with were friendly (offering to bring coffee etc.) and all of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about their products. So so happy and will definitely come back for my next car! More

There was a bit of a skirmish at the outset as the exact vehicle I had in mind had already been sold, but within hours, another one was located for me. Shari was very helpful and understanding. She was extremely patient in walking me through the protocol of dealing with my insurance claim, car rental time-lines, etc.,, in addition to the questions I would have about the vehicle I had my eyes on.
