From the moment Rebecca at reception introduced me to Garnet Walker, I knew things were going to go well. Garnet listened to what I needed in a car and found the exact one for me within 1/2 hour. When I returned from test driving what would soon be my Nissan Micra, Garnet had crunched some numbers and was prepared to answer all my questions. This is the point Phil Fisher came into the picture. More than pleasant and truly a nice guy, Phil sorted out all the financial aspects of the deal, answering my questions with patience and care. The professionalism and feel good vibes at Blue Mountain Chrysler made the whole experience easy and fun. Thanks guys! More

There also needs to be a bit more honesty about how much they can move on price left or right in comparison to the current market. Finally a bit more professionalism with a view to help the customer at all costs after all...if you are purchasing a $48,000 vehicle you have every right to change your mind on a colour....assessories or whatever it takes to make the customer happy with their large purchase. Phil was also a pleasant gentleman to work with however as the sole financial manager he is an extremely busy man who is unable to always take your calls or have your paperwork complete at an early convenience for you the client. Finally, do not make promises you can not meet. We all know dealerships will say anything to rope you in the beginning like free oil changes or a free loaner car while your vehicle is being modified but once things are signed the promises disappear and your warm welcome and immediate attention quickly disappear. My suggestion to the company is this....communication....customer service and professionalism throughout. Why not take your client into a board room ask them what they want and everyone work together. So many changing hands from the cyber guy to the salesman who needs to check with their salesmanager for every decision then a financial manager for financial approval and back down the chain to make it happen. A lack of communication in your lines starts to show a lack of professionalism to your customers....and remember we read these reviews and talk to people around our city before coming in. Strong leadership like Warren and Jaime are the sole reason the ship is commanded and guided in the right direction. I do recommend you come to Blue Mountain but your research completed prior to and communicate clearly your intent. Know what these machines are worth....what the competition is asking...and stay in a budget you are comfortable with. Great friendly staff....great vehicles....just a bit more fine tuning on the customer service skills needed. More

So Grateful I went to Blue Mountain Chrysler! I recently graduated a 4.5 year program from university, just been working since and saving up money. I never thought the car I've always wanted would be in my price point but the guys at Blue Mountain Chrysler made that a reality for me very recently! Aaron Hawkins was an amazing guy, not only answering every question I asked but shared some stories with me as well. He also put in extensive work to help find me the right car for the price that I wanted! Jamie Baverstock also helped out so much. Such a great guy to talk to and will absolutely do anything he can to help you out even more. Phil Fisher, the finance manager was a huge help as well, really appreciate the extent he went into as we discussed payment and insurance. All of these guys made my first new car purchase even more exciting and I'm very thankful to have went to Blue Mountain Chrysler! More
