Worst Dealership Ever!!!!!!! This is the worst dealership I have ever been to for service! They first tried to tell me there was no issue with my car, then told me it’s was warran This is the worst dealership I have ever been to for service! They first tried to tell me there was no issue with my car, then told me it’s was warranty but it was, then broke my car more then when I brought it in, then when I came back again for the final work to be done to fix there mistake my soft top roof was covered in dirty hand prints on the inside again after they told me it was all good to go. The service girl knows nothing! The mechanics can’t even put a roof on. You will wait extremely long for all service. I would never come back here More

Awesome Experience!! Shari spent some quality time needed to speak to my daughter and I. I was in the used car market and Shari knew her stuff and made it fun too. Test drove a couple of used cars, asked a few questions and told her we would be back beginning of the week to further discuss. She thanked us for coming in and shook our hands as we left. Came back in a couple days later to make the purchase. Went to pick up the car, Shari took me outside to show it to me, and I was very impressed with what i seen. Car looked, and smelled like a new one. Spoke with Phil as well, amazing people at Blue Mountain Chrysler. Thanks to the guys in the shop, you did an excellent job. We left to think over the purchase, as this was not a make of car we had ever considered and called her back the next day to confirm our purchase. She worked with the service department to have it certified quickly and ready for us to drive away. We admired Aaron's professional attitude and knowledge and appreciated his down to earth, no nonsense approach to the job. The customer service that we experienced with Aaron was fantastic. He worked hard to make sure we got the features we wanted including the ocean blue paint we wanted. We get a lot of compliments on the colour of our Jeep. Aaron was always courteous when we came into Blue Mountain Chrysler.
