Excellent I had been to this dealership with car fast idling issue for some years. Many Service advisers tried helping but weren't successful. Early last year my husband passed away from cancer, and since he had looked after everything related to our cars, computers and electronics for over 30 years, these things were added to a long list of stressors compounding my grieving process. The last time he took our car in for service he brought me with him and introduced me to Jimmy. Nothing was spoken but I knew that he was handing me over into the care of the service people at Honda on Regent. And how wonderful and caring they have all been to me. I still don't know much about cars (and frankly don't really want to) so having kind, competent and honest staff to guide me through the process every time I bring the car in is beyond appreciated. On those days, I always feel my husband is riding in the passenger seat alongside me. There is no question that my next vehicle with be another Honda serviced at Regent. More
