Above and beyond Customer Service Recently I had occasion to take my 2016 Civic in for an oil change. It has snowed that morning and I had a lot of difficulty getting traction on my wa Recently I had occasion to take my 2016 Civic in for an oil change. It has snowed that morning and I had a lot of difficulty getting traction on my way into the dealership. When I arrived my service advisor James presented some options for winter tires. I declined as I had a different brand in mind at another supplier. Later that morning I learned I would not be able to get the tires I wanted this winter. I instantly called James and asked him to email me three quotes. He did so without delay and then contacted me on the phone a few minutes later to review them. James made sure the tires and the winter rims were in stock and that he could have them on the car by the time I arrived to pick it up later that afternoon. Because of James exemplary customer service, and his efforts above and beyond the reason I had brought the vehicle in, I left the dealership with a much safer than when I drove in with that day. I feel completely comfortable recommending these guys to my friends and family and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back in the future. More
