Outstanding Birchwood BMW provided us excellent customer service while we had to bring our x3 in on two separate occasions due to warranty work. On each occasion either my parents or my partners parents were the ones to bring the car in as we are from out of town and unable to make it to the city, and each time BMW made sure they were comfortable and taken care of, while also making sure the vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. BMW made sure to communicate with us any updates as they occurred and we would love to come back in the future for general maintenance, and purchases down the road. More

My first experience with the Birchwood BMW service departmen This was my first experience with the Birchwood BMW service department and all I can say is wow. My son bought a used BMW as his first car and when we This was my first experience with the Birchwood BMW service department and all I can say is wow. My son bought a used BMW as his first car and when we got it home it had some issues. We took it from Brandon to Winnipeg and dropped it off at night and left the keys in their drop box. I was contracted by Bryan Livingston in the service department to go over my concerns. He contacted me as soon as his mechanic had a chance to go over it. Not only did he advise me on what was wrong, what was needed to fix it and how much it cost but he also sent me a email explaining everything. He also gave me his cell number and said to call at anytime if I had any questions or concerns. I even texted him once after hours on his cell and he responded immediately. I don’t know to many people in service that would answer their cell to a customer after hours. In the end everything was fixed 100%. I was absolutely amazed with the professionalism of the service department as well as Benett Scott in the parts department who was very knowledgeable and helped me with purchasing an extra key and giving me quotes on which would be the best tires for my car and I took his advise and went with the ones that were BMW certified for my car. What really impressed me was the fact that I brought my sons used BMW that he bought privately to Birchwood BMW in Winnipeg and I feel as though I got the service I would expect if I bought a brand new BMW threw them. What a great experience and I will be sure to tell everyone not only what an amazing product BMW makes but how amazing I was treated by the parts and service team. More
