Stay away from this dealership! !! They have absolutely no ethics or morals. Selling vehicles thousands over the MSRP is just pure greed. NOT TO MENTION, they make you purchase an ad !! They have absolutely no ethics or morals. Selling vehicles thousands over the MSRP is just pure greed. NOT TO MENTION, they make you purchase an additional $3000 in accessories and warranties that you don't even want. The vehicles aren't even in stock and they force you to spend thousands more without even letting you know it is added on to the full price. They will tell you about the "gouging" price (sales advisor even called it gouging) BUT they try and spin it like they added a bunch of accessories due to the overage in price until you see an additional $6000 above the MSRP for the gouging AND accessories. I wouldn't trust this stealership with anything. Get some ethics and stop taking advantage of customers. More

I can say that I was happy with the total experience. The representative was knowledgeable about the SUV I was interested in. I was given a fair value on my trade towards my purchase, and given the opportunity for a test drive which helped to make my decision easier over the competition. Due to supply issues the constant online updates regarding the status of my order was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Before my car arrived I decided to get ahead of the game and purchase a winter tire package. I walked in without and appointment and the General Manager actually took the time to greet me, provide the options available, and then put the order through. The delivery was seamless with a total walk through of my new Tucson and all of its features which were mostly new to me. My overall experience with the purchase was great and I would gladly go back there for another vehicle in the future. More
Unfortunately I had to deal with baytowne under already stressful circumstances. Its a very long story but essentially my rod bearings went bad. As there is a settlement for the rod bearings going bad specifically I went to Hyundai as we were told over the phone an engine replacement would be done. That however was the exact opposite of what happened. After 2 months of back and forth between baytowne and corporate I was told to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived my battery was dead but that was the least of my worries as my engine was torn completely apart. So on top of bad rod bearings I now have to replace my gaskets and seals. Corporate had denied my claim and the reason why depends on who you ask as baytowne said it was because of a bad gasket but head office said my file says foreign matter in my oil uptake. Not to mention the man in charge of overseeing my case told me they only took off my oil pan and took pictures until I went in to ask for my missing hoses and bolts off my engine. He was as shocked as I was which gives me no faith that he actually over saw anything. In the end they didnt charge me anything. But they definitely cost me in the long run. Save yourself a headache and dont go with hyundai!!! Not just baytowne but any of the dealerships. Head offices policies and responses to videos of the engine torn apart while still at baytowne are pathetic. I have reached out to ctv consumer reporter Pat Foran and will continue to make everyone aware of this companies failures. I would hate to see a single parent or the elderly be out the thousands of dollars I am about to be out. More
