Front desk staff was very disorganized, poor service and very confused. Took my car in for service and said it will take at least three days. I went in with a full tank of gas and when I picked the car up a very confused. Took my car in for service and said it will take at least three days. I booked a service appointment for my vehicle and was told the service would only take couple hours. My wife took the vehicle in for service and was told it’s going to take all day. Staff seem very disor told the service would only take couple hours. My wife took the vehicle in for service and was told it’s going to take all day. Staff seem very disorganized and food on service writers desk and dirty bowls around desk. I thought BMW had better standards than that. Some new staff, who have no clue on what they’re doing (asked a few warranty question that were not answered) previous staff were a lot better. Not sure if it’s management or just the fact it’s a Go Auto dealership. I will be going to Edmonton BMW for future services. More
I went to the dealership at 6:00 so the parts department was closed and I was looking for a lanyard. I was told to come back but a manager (Lee) helped me out and gave me his card so I could get in contact was closed and I was looking for a lanyard. I was told to come back but a manager (Lee) helped me out and gave me his card so I could get in contact with him to get the lanyard either shipped out to me or put aside so I didn’t have to worry about them running out of stock. He went above and beyond for me on such a little matter that didn’t seem significant but it was to me. I’m sure this isn’t the only time he has done this for a costumer. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! More
