Service Check I was contacted by Bavaria to bring my car in for its second Service or Maintenance check this is part of the BMW schedule. I booked my appointment dr I was contacted by Bavaria to bring my car in for its second Service or Maintenance check this is part of the BMW schedule. I booked my appointment dropped off the car. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I took the shuttle to my office. The shuttle was on time and quick. They contacted me when the car was done. The service took less time than I thought and I was back on the road just after Lunch.. They said the car would be done by 3 pm but things went more smoothly and they completed the work earlier. Very happy with the recent work done on my 2017 340xi. More

We live 5 hours out of town and did not know to request a loaner courtesy vehicle w The whole appointment from booking to picking the X5 up was great. We live 5 hours out of town and did not know to request a loaner courtesy vehicle when we scheduled our service. The lady at the service desk was fantastic in calling us a courtesy rental from Enterprise. I think the only thing that the dealership could do more was possibly asking out of town customers if they will need a courtesy vehicle at the time of booking. It didn’t affect us as the dealership was great at renting us one. Thanks for another fantastic experience More
