I was having issues with a tire and did not want to drive my vehicle anymore so it didn't suffer any damage. I was desperate to get a loaner vehicle as I was trying to get graduation stuff completed for my son. Jonathan was able to get me a loaner vehicle (last minute) and get me on my way in such a timely manner. Hats off to him as he was juggling a few things at once and handled everything very professionally and was also so pleasant the entire time. More

They have ALWAYS treated me with respec I have been dealing with Bavaria BMW for 18 years and this is my 7th vehicle that I have purchased from them. They have ALWAYS treated me with respect and bent over backwards to look after all my needs in service, customer service and sales. I have dealt with Bill Bentley as my sales rep for every purchase and there is no doubt that he is very knowledgeable and honest to deal with. If I ever have any questions Bill always researches out the answer and follows up with me but most of the time he knows the answer. Johnathan in service has also been an excellent representative doing his very best to make sure I am looked after. More
