New Truck Purchase The reason I am giving this review a 3 star is because my experience at the dealership was way too long I was there for 3 hours and by the end of the The reason I am giving this review a 3 star is because my experience at the dealership was way too long I was there for 3 hours and by the end of the experience I was a little overwhelmed with the whole experience. I was not happy I had to keep waiting when the girl I was dealing with had to keep going and asking a manager if she could give me specific deals. I think after a few times of asking the manager should have come and spoke to us if she was not able to make any decisions. Also when we worked a deal and made a down payment then they take you to financing and made more decisions for more add on's. I think that should have all been discussed before we went to work with the financing. The people were very friendly we dealt with just too long a process. In the end I did not purchase the vehicle but I would go back if prices were a little better. More

After a discussion we came to an agreement and purchased the Truck. My salesperson, Robert Haslam took exceptional care of me. I did not feel pressured and he didn't throw around any sales tactics to sway me to purchase. Rob willingly gave me the time to think about the purchase with absolutely no pressure, He knew all of the feature of the vehicle and was able to answer any question I had. Even after the vehicle was delivered to me, he still was right on top of attending to my questions. The Finance Manager, Patricia Messier was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was very warm and inviting, and made you feel right at home every time we spoke. Her duties were performed seamlessly and she was very clear and concise with regards to my required duties in order to complete the transaction. All and all a very pleasurable experience. We stopped in to have breakfast and when we finished and were heading over, we were passing Barrie Chrysler and decided to take a look before our appointment. Well, it was a blessing in disguise, our sales associate, Terri Sharp, found me the perfect Jeep, not too large and not too small, but just right....the 2016 Jeep Patriot. Never made it to the other appointment that day. I drove away with it this morning and couldn't be happier. Terri was able to narrow in on the perfect vehicle for me.
