Had all the right answers! I needed front and rear brakes for my 2010 Grand Caravan. I had called around to see how much people were asking for to do the job. One mechanic wa I needed front and rear brakes for my 2010 Grand Caravan. I had called around to see how much people were asking for to do the job. One mechanic wanted close to $2000.00 to complete the task, another place asked for just over $1400.00. To make matters worse neither auto shops could do the work that day because it was too late in the day. My rear brakes on the drivers side was seized and in bad shape and I felt I really had to get this fixed ASAP! My next call was to the Dodge dealership in Barrie off Dunlop St. W. I got a hold of Nykyta Gattrell-Moore. She saved my day! After checking with the service department and calling me back quickly with an estimate she informed me that the work could be done that very day and that it would only cost me just a little more than a $1000.00. I arrived at the dealership and they took my car in immediately. I was even given a $10 Timmy's gift card to go get something to eat while I waited seeing as though it was dinner time and I had a two hour wait. I found this to be very thoughtful and considerate. Special thanks to Nykyta Gattrell-Moore for being very polite, respectful and efficient. Her dedication to customers is what will keep me coming back in the future! Also special thanks to Marc Samson who helped me out back in March of this year! Had it not been for the positive experience I had back then with him, I might not have called today! I would recommend to anyone who needs there Dodge repaired to call the Dodge dealership off Dunlop St. W. They have friendly people to deal with and they know how to get the job done right in a timely manner! :) More
