Thanks for your review, Colleen. First of all, your "brand new 1 year old Jeep Wrangler" is not brand new, nor is it 1 year old. Your Wrangler is a 2015 with 66,000 kms on it and is out of basic warranty - which covers water leaks in your hard or soft top. This was explained to you when you dropped it off to have the water leak diagnosed. We informed you that if the water leak is found to be warranty (even though your vehicle is out of warranty, you had a previous water leak fixed), there would be no charge - but if the new water leak is found to be NOT related to the old water leak, the repair AND THE DIAGNOSIS TIME would not be covered. You obliged and signed off to the have diagnosis completed. We called you to explain that the new leak is not related to the old leak and that if you wanted the repair completed, there would be a charge. You did not want the repair completed. We obliged. Unfortunately, as you were fully aware, there is still a charge for our time to diagnose the water leak. You refused to pay and we asked that you not return. I figure the reading public deserves the whole story. If you'd like to discuss this matter further, I welcome your call. James Ellis, General Sales Manager, 705-797-4704.
