The lady in service was miserable . I had done all of my homework to ensure the request was possible and covered by my warranty. I was also informed that the request might not be covered, it had to be “approved” however I was notified in a phone call with Chrysler that my request would 100% be covered based on my warranty. Had an opportunity to take my sons truck in for warranty work while he is away for 6 months. The Person who I dealt with was Ted Psaros. I felt like I'd known him for years.
