A very smooth experience for service of my 2015 Honda Civic. The starter was faulty and Kristy told me the part was on back order with an unknown delivery time. She put me into a BH loaner with the inten Civic. The starter was faulty and Kristy told me the part was on back order with an unknown delivery time. She put me into a BH loaner with the intent of arranging a rental car for me until the part came in. Much to everyone's surprise, the part arrived in two days! I really liked the loaner car so enquired on it's worth. Kristy introduced me to Khoa in sales. He was informative with no pressure. While talking, I asked if my Honda had been washed, as that is usually part of their service. It appeared it wasn't. Right away, Khoa said he'd get that taken care of. And then...he washed it himself! Doesn't get better than that. Thanks to all. More

We met Khoa the evening before in the lot, he was on his way home for the day, however took a few minutes to show us a car or 2. We also arranged to call ahead the next morning for a test drive. Our test drives the following day were excellent, with Khoa riding with us to explain how some of the technology and safety features operated. Our experience with Bannister Honda has been very poor. We purchased a 2021 Passport on March 23rd, 2021 and have had multiple issues with the vehicle. It had a dent on the roof when we picked it up in the We purchased a 2021 Passport on March 23rd, 2021 and have had multiple issues with the vehicle. It had a dent on the roof when we picked it up in the showroom, several pieces of exterior trim came loose, and the driver side mirror was loose and had to be replaced in the first vehicle service. On July 7th the main control screen in the vehicle stopped working completely. The dealership was notified and we brought the vehicle in for service again. The dealership was unable to fix the problem, and has as of July 27th, has not even offered a replacement vehicle while the Passport is without a back-up camera, audio, and many other features required for safe operation. The lack of communication and level of incompetence at this dealership is both disappointing and shocking. Unfortunate to say the least. More
