Excellent service and very fair! After almost 300,000 km on my Ridgeline, the heat shield on the exhaust system fell off on the Monashees hwy during my trip from Kaslo to Vernon. Bannister checked it out fo on my Ridgeline, the heat shield on the exhaust system fell off on the Monashees hwy during my trip from Kaslo to Vernon. Bannister checked it out for possible safety issues and provided me with the part number as I needed to return to the Kootenays. There was no charge for the inspection completed. We purchased a 2019 Honda CRV touring. The sales staff were excellent all the way and gave us the necessary time to select the proper vehicle for our needs.
