We particularly like the well-organized dash, uncluttered by too many gadgets. The HR-V seems to have good gas economy. On our first road trip we averaged 7.3 l/100 km. Khoa was very knowledgeable, answering our many questions. He explained and demonstrated how to use the car’s features with simple clarity. Tracy really went the extra mile to get us the best possible price for our 20 year old trade-in. So this is my second visit to this dealership and my reasons for this service were 1- for a recall, and 2-for a complimentary service from issues with my first service. I must say that the staff at Honda are fantastic..,and if this review/recommendation was based on that alone it would be great. Sadly, it is not. I have felt on both visits that the main goal of the service team was to upsell me on more services. This was the major issue I had on the first visit and i really thought it would be different on the second visit. I understand that shops/stores need to make money but when it comes to me personally I don’t want to feel like I’ve been given a sales pitch right when I walk in the door. I really love Honda, I really believe in their product and I’d love to stick with everything they have to offer but when it comes to service I will go elsewhere because I feel the “local guy” is upfront and honest. I really didn’t want to leave this review as it’s my second time around but it is my honest opinion. More
