Jordy was extremely ignorant and rude towards us about our winter tires being stored. I specifically asked before storing them if they were still good for use next season. They dealership said yes. The time comes to change the tires and they tell me they are not good to use anymore. When I brought it up I was met with rudeness and zero accountability. Had my car service done they didn't even bother to rest the oil change light. I wont be returning again. More

They were very slow finding me the car I was looking for. Tracy Evans found me the car I was looking for in 3 Hr. Brendan looked for Two Weeks. Several weeks ago, on a Saturday afternoon, I had a problem on my Ridgeline with its Honda installed tonneau cover, so I stopped by Bannister Honda in Vernon. I initially spoke to Paige (I think). She problem on my Ridgeline with its Honda installed tonneau cover, so I stopped by Bannister Honda in Vernon. I initially spoke to Paige (I think). She did a lot of research trying to find an answer to the problem. She couldn't find a solution, so determined to help me out, she made an additional effort and consulted with her Manager, Jack Decaire. Jack did a little more research and between the two of them, they quickly came up with solution that solved my problem. I commend them for making this additional effort to get me on my way. More
